Happy Calls

As a district representative to the area treatment committee, I volunteered to help the chair by organizing the names, towns, and phone numbers of those AAs who volunteered for the area’s Bridging the Gap program. I compiled the data on a computer and printed out sheets, according to districts, to keep in a Bridging the Gap binder. Colleen volunteered to be the coordinator and did an excellent job for two years. But she had to give it up because she was starting a family. I said that I would do the job temporarily, until another volunteer came along.
