An AA has a reminder of the cunning nature of alcoholism while on a trip with his wife
A few years ago, my wife and I were in Galena, Ill. for a weekend. Galena is a kind of tourist town with bed and breakfasts, motels, trendy stores and antique shops. There is also a winery retail store. When I was drinking, I seldom drank wine. It was one of the few things I did not drink.
