After years of drinking, a construction worker finally sees the writing on the wall

I was ordered to go to AA in 1993 after a drunken driving charge. Apparently the state thought I had a drinking problem. Some nerve they had, assuming someone has a problem just because they got caught once drinking and driving. Every construction guy I knew had a built-in bar in his utility truck box, right? I didn't see what the problem was.
