Rallying Cry

For more than 41 years, a California teacher has found the slogans to be some of his most powerful allies

A slogan is defined as a “memorable motto or phrase used as a repetitive expression of an idea or purpose.” It’s no wonder that we have so many slogans in AA, each expressing an ideal or a state of mind that we’d do well to remember and incorporate into our daily sober living. If you search “AA slogans” online, you’ll find a link to a site listing over 400 of them and another site listing more than 250. Who knew there were that many?
