Who knew a spiritual trek to the Black Hills would include a van full of fun-loving AAs?
In the summer of 2011, I received the most beautiful gift. I was invited to participate in the highest spiritual ceremony for my people, the annual Sun Dance. Previously, I had only heard what the ceremony was about, but then I got the opportunity to live it. The Sun Dance continues to transform and shape my life.
