Letter from the Editor

The holidays are a time for fun, fellowship, joy and laughter. But they also can be stressful, especially for newcomers. Thanks to AA, we now have great tools to help us navigate the month of December—tools to help us not pick up that first drink, to keep our expectations in line and, most importantly, to reach out to others. This month, we feature stories by members who found that service is the best recipe for a peaceful, joyful holiday.
