Pop Saved Me a Seat
A trip home to make an amend results in a wonderful blast from the past
Just before my second AA anniversary, my sister was hit by a drunk driver, and it left her temporarily incapacitated. I wanted to help, and my sponsor suggested that this might be an opportunity for me to live my amends and be of service to her. So I packed a bag and headed for my hometown, not knowing how long I might stay.
