Dirty laundry, piles of trash and stacks of filthy dishes. Little by little, a newcomer cleans up his act

There was a time in my life, back in what I call 2015 P.S. (P.S. for pre-surrender) when I used to fixate on all the things I needed to do in my life as my disease got worse and worse. The immediate need screaming the loudest was inside my house. My dirty laundry was piled in what I thought were three very smartly separated piles.
