A desperate call on a rainy night reminds a sober mom of our Responsibility Statement
It was late February in 2012. I was enjoying a quiet evening alone while my husband was at a mens’ AA meeting. I had 13 years of sobriety. I had worked hard to be the best little AAer I could be. Sometimes I feel God carries me while my feet run like a puppy over bath water.
