Broken Promises
She always meant to take her son to the park, but her hangovers kept getting in the way
I didn’t start drinking in earnest until I got to college. I had found religion in high school and wanted to follow the laws of the land. However, in college I took a theology class and realized that if God had created everything, then he had created evil. I turned my back on God and found alcohol to replace him.
