Lightening the load
With her sponsor showing the way, she unexpectedly becomes a caregiver and learns to take care of herself
When her mother died, my sponsor Bonnie asked her mom’s favorite nephew to sing “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” from the musical Carousel at her memorial service. It’s what she had requested. Bonnie’s mom had been through a lot, but she always trusted that someone was with her.
