Yesterday’s mistakes

You’d think a doctor would know better, but not this alcoholic one. I was bleeding from places I shouldn’t have been, for reasons I knew were not a result of my drinking. Something was wrong and I was scared, but not scared enough to see my own physician. During my last visit he had asked way too many questions about my drinking habits, hinting I might be an alcoholic. I’d have no more of that.
