Another sister

How an uncomfortable situation causing her to remain anonymous became a beautiful opportunity to help

When I first came to AA, I lived in a small town. I was extremely embarrassed to have reached a place in my life where I discovered I was an alcoholic and was in AA. I knew that everyone in the town knew what went on at the Presbyterian Church at 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and I didn’t want anyone to see my car there.
