Although he nearly forgot, the writer of “Special Delivery” realized he had one more amend to make. This one was to a mail carrier his dog had attacked 10 years earlier. And this amend would involve money. After a long search and a lot of prayer, he finally found the man and was luckily rewarded with a nice surprise.
