Is there an absence of birthday cakes from five to ten years of sobriety in your neck of the woods? I’ve lived in three different states in sobriety and I’ve noticed there aren’t as many celebrants during that period. I got to double-digit sobriety because I learned in AA to be careful and alert to navigating those years between five and ten.
