One night at dinner, he was asked a question that made him recall how bad things used to be
I was having dinner with my new bride and her friend, both of whom are also members of AA. Out of nowhere, my wife’s friend made the most ridiculous comment. She said to me, “You don’t look like an alcoholic.”
