Each month when I turn the calendar page, I mentally celebrate a mini milestone. My sobriety date is May 1 (May 1, Day 1) and while that part is easy to remember, I have to use my fingers for a full tally. For a quick recap, I recently came up with, “I am at 2 years and change.”
