Back on track

After a sudden layoff, a guy with one year puts his wheels in motion, stays sober and keeps on going

On the eve of my one-year anniversary, I found myself restless and unable to sleep. Memories of where I came from and what I did clouded the divine spark that had changed my whole attitude and actions toward drinking. Opening the Big Book, I randomly turned to a page and began reading. Within minutes, memories of my miraculous year pushed the negativity out of my racing mind, and sleep came.
