This is a story of one man’s dream to move AA communication—sharing of strength, hope and experience—up a notch by using the long-distance telephone. And it’s a story of cooperation among large and small groups, in an historic U.S. first: a simultaneous meeting of five AA groups in two states by telephone hookup.
