Though her sight is often a challenge, her passion for giving back keeps growing
When I first came into AA, I really felt different. I was visually impaired and there was no one else there who was partially sighted. I had to ask for a lot of help. I needed rides to meetings and help reading and writing. Sometimes I even had to ask where the coffeepot was.
