Not Just Another Bender

In late May 2008, I began yet another bender. I had been on roller coaster of three weeks off, one week on alcohol for over a year. I was not in the rooms, but I knew they were there, since I had been there before. Still, I kept trying to quit on my own. I would hit that three week mark and then the insanity of the first drink would occur, and it would be “till death do us part” with a bottle of vodka once again.
