When I got sober, I came in and stayed in and never relapsed. It was not easy for me to get sober, but I was 25 years old and I knew beyond any reasonable doubt that I was an alcoholic. I drank until I blacked out just about every night and I suffered from acute loneliness and unhappiness. I knew I had a problem and I found a solution through Alcoholics Anonymous.
