He was just getting sober and back on his feet—and now this? How would he ever pay this huge bill?
Not long ago, I made a list of all the things I couldn’t do. It was kind of an anti-gratitude list. I was feeling particularly low that day and figured I might as well catalogue just how lame I really was. That’s how it started, at least, though before too long it morphed into something quite uplifting.
