A newly sober nun makes a big decision that straps her financially, while keeping the faith that things will work out

In early sobriety, I learned a lot about Tradition Seven from pocket change and a box of freezer bags. I was a year and a half sober and hadn’t worked the Steps. Both the Steps and Traditions were “out there” to me; I viewed them as wall decorations in the many AA meetings I attended.
