She once thought drinking was the only way to have a happy life. Discovering YPAA events changed all that

I was introduced to AA in November of 2009. I was 17 years old, young and naïve. I really didn’t think I was an alcoholic; who’s an alcoholic at 17? I thought that alcoholics were old men who slept under bridges and drank from bottles in paper bags. I was just a senior in high school; I didn’t need AA.
