Laughter 101
When a group of nurses visits our open meeting on a field trip, I want them to know about AA group autonomy and that not all meetings are like ours.
The laughter at our AA meeting always reminds me that we’re not a glum lot. Jokes and one-liners offered up during our meeting each week put my emotions right back to how they were before drinking took control of my life. It gives me much peace of mind.
