Just when he needed to dive back in the program and help someone, he met an old boxer named Jake
I was coming out of a period of half-measures in my sobriety. I had gotten a new sponsor and I was getting back to the things that had worked for me when I was in my first few years of AA. I began to regularly attend meetings and stay in touch with my sponsor and other friends in the program.
