Tempted
All alone with two months sober and a bottle on the counter calling her name. This was definitely decision time
My mind was going a million miles a minute, but I was standing completely still. I tried sprinting in circles, but could not circumvent my own thoughts. I tried standing fully clothed in a hot shower with my eyes open to eradicate the inexhaustible temptation screaming my name from the kitchen counter—an open bottle of liquor.
