My name is Eryn M. and I live in a small town in a rural part of Colorado. Sober alcoholics come few and far between and anonymity can be a bit of a challenge. Everyone knows my car, my family, my past and my alcoholism. Taking those first steps down the stairs of my local AA group was a new kind of humility.
