Just in time
I felt goose bumps on my skin. I believe my Higher Power spoke to me that morning with that Grapevine magazine. God was telling me, “I’m here, man. I never left. I’ve been here all along.”
I am serving a life sentence here in this prison. I shared my story once before in the June 2015 prison issue of Grapevine. It was called “From 3,000 Miles Away.” That magazine has an extra special significance for me today, as you will see.
