After her husband died, COVID-19 hit. Where was she to turn? Luckily, 24/7 virtual meetings came to the rescue
A year and a half ago, my husband died after 30 years of sobriety and marriage. My heart broke. I didn’t think I would ever be OK. Around the same time, two other dear AA friends lost family members—one a daughter and the other a son. We all clung to each other and grieved deeply.
