Distracted

Early last year, most of us had never heard of virtual AA meetings. Teleconferencing was not new to me since the technology had been in use for years in the business world.  However, most AA members were just “feeling out” the technology for the very first time. Early on, our virtual AA meetings were essentially unscripted and no one other than the host or meeting lead was in charge. Importantly, we didn’t have to impress anyone or have any fear of saying the wrong thing or being happy, sad or vulnerable.
