Little Do We Know
Sometimes what we think we want is not nearly as good as the way things turn out
Thinking that I know what’s good or bad for me is not my concern. God will decide this. My mind doesn’t have the capacity to understand God’s plan for me or anyone else. I’d like to tell you that this revelation came to me in November of 1986 when I first got to AA, but I can’t. How little I understand God struck me only after several years in sobriety.
