The Highest form of prayer

Meditation is my new daily “fix.” When I meditate, I ask God questions. I keep it simple, and I listen for his answers. It blows my mind!

I spent 47 years talking to myself, trusting myself, relying on my own best judgment. My best judgment finally brought me to my knees. I was defeated, miserable, and hopelessly addicted. For me, there were three painkillers in life—alcohol, drugs and sex. I liked all three, I’d take two, but I had to have one! My daily fix.
