My Rock Bottom

For the first seven years of my life, I remember constantly having cops show up at our home due to my birth parents excessive drinking. The cops would warn my parents that if their drinking progressed, the three of us children would be taken away. You'd think that would stop my parents but it didn't. They kept on drinking. And sure enough, as warned, we were taken away from them.
