Paddling in a pandemic

While most of the world was in lockdown, this crew of newcomers got busy

While the rest of the world began locking down and experiencing the many bad effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was entering a rehab at a Salvation Army in Chico, California. I had accepted voluntary commitment into rehab four other times for my alcoholism. I also had been involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital once and was in jail twice. I survived many near-death experiences.
