Her dad wanted her to get sober too, so he led by example—well, and maybe a few hints around the house
I got sober when I was 22. I had moved to Florida to stay with my dad, who was then a sober member of AA. I didn’t know then that I was about to embark on an incredible journey, one that showed me how the Eleventh Tradition had been working in my life since my dad came into the rooms 11 years before.
