During my first solo sober trip to England, long before GPS, Google Maps and smart phones, I spent a few days in Salisbury before embarking on a cruise home. Although I had been to meetings on a ship before, this was just a small, 250 passenger ship, and I wasn’t sure if there would be meetings on board. Before spending five days crossing the Atlantic with free booze at every turn, I decided to hit a meeting.
