We got out of the car and Kirby stuck a Big Book under his arm and we headed up the walkway, acting like we knew what we were doing. Kirby knocked on the screen door.
One Friday Kirby and I were both not drinking and after our meeting was over, we decided not to go to the meeting after the meeting for late breakfast and coffee. Instead, we were going to stay behind and answer the AA phones.
