Off to the world of retirement I went! Larry and I made our way down from New York. Before we moved, we had visited and gone to a few AA meetings.
After 44 years of gainful employment (though not always sober), my boss and I discussed my retirement. I came home and talked with my husband, Larry, and we decided it was time to tip my hat and retire. I gave my two month notice, attended the customary farewell lunches and off to the world of retirement I went!
