Light in the Darkness
I was reading it aloud to the girls, and I got emotional. This surprised me because that hadn’t happened the first time I read it alone.
I am currently incarcerated and doing all I can to keep recovery alive and well in here. We’ve been on COVID lockdown and quarantined for over a year now. As bad as it is, it has paved the way for the excellent opportunity of holding unit AA meetings. We call ours the “Like-Minded Ladies.” Our meetings are every Monday and Friday.
