When you grow up in young people’s AA, the commitment to serve never leaves you
If getting sober was the biggest transformation in my life, getting sober young was surely the toughest. There’s a particular sense of hopelessness and isolation for a badly maladjusted teenager living in a 25-year-old’s body in those early weeks of sobriety. It’s all so hard to accept.
