Molly (Anderson) Oliver is a Class A (nonalcoholic) trustee, elected in 2021. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Catholic Charities of Buffalo and is the former Executive Director of the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at the University of Buffalo. Her husband has more than 28 years sobriety in AA and it was through him that she first witnessed and was inspired by the workings of the Fellowship. We talked to her about her experiences as an AA trustee, her work with AA Grapevine, and the ways in which her service can inspire other nonalcoholics to contribute to AA’s mission.
