In the Coast Guard, he couldn’t keep his head above water. But once he dropped anchor in AA, his life got back on course
My introduction to AA came in 1984, when I was in the Coast Guard. I was at a district headquarters teaching computer classes. Since it was a headquarters office, the commanding officer was a Vice Admiral.
