Who’s in Charge?
A member shares his thoughts on how AA is organized and who’s the ultimate authority
When I got sober, I never thought much about the organization of AA. Initially I never cared much. As long as it worked for me, I wasn’t interested in what made it all operate. I was selfish and double-dumb, meaning I didn’t know that I didn’t know.
