A remote teacher at a First Nations community two hours from the nearest grocery store shares how he stays sober and connected
In January of 2020, I was living on Canada’s Prince Edward Island (PEI), which is off the East Coast in the Atlantic Ocean. I had been sober almost four years. I had a good group, a good sponsor, a sponsee and lots of AA friends to spend time with. The only thing I didn’t have any more was a job.
