Growing up with an alcoholic father and a bi-polar mother, the way was prepared for my future alcoholism. By my early forties I was at my bottom. Life had become a series of blackouts and ruined relationships. My spirit was broken. “How did I get here?” I thought to myself. Deep down, I knew there was something wrong with me.
