With his sponsor’s help, a member learns to make living amends for the next 21 years of his mother’s life
What do you do when there’s a person in your life to whom you are trying to make amends and they don’t want to hear anything about it? This happened to me when I tried to make amends to my mother. To be fair to her, I didn’t take into account what had happened in her relationships with several members of the family who had suffered with alcoholism.
