Not by accident
How do you clear up the past when you’ve blamed yourself for years for someone’s death?
In 1974, I had a serious auto accident. I was not drinking that day. I ran over two people, killing a 43-year-old woman who was married and had three young children. The other person I hit, a college student, was seriously injured and had to spend several days in the hospital to recover. Even though the accident wasn’t my fault, I blamed myself.
