First printed in the pages of Grapevine, our cofounder Bill W.’s essays about our Traditions and Steps became the well-known AA book Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. Widely used since 1953 as a companion to our Big Book, these essays by Bill have helped countless members find a “way to happy and effective living.” This month, we celebrate 70 wonderful years of love for this beloved AA book.
